Figma•San Francisco, NY

About The Position

Figma is seeking an experienced business development and partnerships professional to grow strategic alliances with agencies, systems integrators, consultancies, and selected commercial partners across LATAM. The role focuses on revenue growth, customer support, partner-driven go-to-market efforts, product adoption, and new use cases for Figma’s platform and AI tools. It is not a channel sales role; the focus is on strategic initiatives and how partners can serve Figma’s long-term business and customer needs. The manager will shape Figma’s partner strategy by creating new programs and expanding existing partner motions as the platform evolves. The role supports customers across Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and other LATAM markets. It is full-time and may be based at a US hub or remotely in the United States, with travel once per month.

  • At least 4 years of experience working with external partners—including systems integrators, agencies, and consulting firms—to advance customer and go-to-market efforts across multiple LATAM markets.
  • Experience building partner strategies, tactics, and programs from scratch while personally managing relationships with multiple strategic partners.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Ability to travel once per month.

  • Work with go-to-market teams to source, scope, and progress partner-influenced opportunities.
  • Create repeatable service-offering playbooks that partners can use to drive product adoption and retention.
  • Expand customer use and adoption of Figma’s AI products through partners.
  • Educate the broader partner ecosystem about Figma’s products, services, and capabilities with the partner enablement team.
