About The Position

This position is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining store product displays. The builder creates displays according to direction from each department’s Department Manager, with an expectation of producing 20–25 displays per week. The role also works with the Inventory Control Specialist to submit write-offs and maintain materials inventory, and creates a monthly calendar and plan for displays to be built.

All work must be performed honestly, ethically, and professionally, in accordance with applicable company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• One year of construction or building experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential job functions, as determined by the company.
• Additional relevant experience may substitute for required education at a rate of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.
• Demonstrated ability to follow and proactively adhere to safety regulations and policies.
• Demonstrated experience in woodworking.
• Demonstrated experience in tile setting.
• Experience using power tools.
• Experience using measuring tools.
• Experience using basic tools such as a hammer, nails, T-square, and saw.
