About The Position

Master Builders Solutions Australia is recruiting a Dispenser Service Technician to represent the company throughout Melbourne, Victoria, and Tasmania. The technician will service concrete-producing and mining customers, build customer relationships, provide technical support, and help resolve issues while supporting market growth. As a member of the Eastern Sales team, the role is responsible for installing, calibrating, servicing, and maintaining dispensing equipment at customer plants. It also involves customer assistance with field trials, product training, and complaints.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, service, and maintain dispensing equipment at customer plants.
• Coordinate and carry out breakdown servicing, repairs, and routine maintenance.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
• Provide on-site customer training on safe and effective equipment use.
• Support field trials and assist with product implementation.
• Work with technical sales teams to resolve customer issues and complaints.
• Maintain accurate records of servicing, breakdowns, and actions taken.
