About The Position

The Optical Dispenser at Bupa Optical Norwood delivers world-class customer service and supports sales and profit outcomes. The role involves interpreting optical prescriptions and fitting and servicing optical appliances, including spectacle frames and lenses. The Optical Dispenser also contributes to individual and store sales targets and supports in-store promotions and special campaigns.

The position is casual, with work on Wednesdays, Fridays and weekends. Flexibility to travel between nearby stores may be needed to support operations.

Requirements

• Proven customer service and sales experience, ideally in an optical practice or high-performing retail environment.
• Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
• Permanent residency, Australian citizenship, or full work rights.
• Successful candidates must complete a criminal history check.
