About The Position

The Optical Dispenser at Bupa Optical Norwood delivers customer service and supports sales and profit outcomes by interpreting optical prescriptions and fitting and servicing optical appliances, including spectacle frames and lenses. The role contributes to individual and store sales targets and supports in-store promotions and special campaigns. The position is a casual role scheduled for Wednesday, Friday, and weekends, with flexibility to travel between nearby stores as needed.

Requirements

• Flexibility to travel between nearby stores as needed.
• Proven customer service and sales experience, ideally in an optical practice or high-performing retail environment.
• Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
• Must be a permanent resident, Australian citizen, or hold full work rights.
• Successful candidates must complete a criminal history check.
