About The Position

Vishay Tansitor is seeking an Assembler/Dispense Operator to support Assembly and Dispense operations at its manufacturing location in Bennington, Vermont. The role is responsible for the efficient operation of these functions in capacitor production. Manufacturing tasks may include dispensing, crimping, negative lead work, racking, seal placement, ST blanket preparation, buffing, and vacuum impregnation. The position may involve occasional exposure to dust, noise, heat, and mild chemicals, at levels below acceptable limits established by current government standards.

Requirements

• Must be able to read and understand written and verbal instructions.
• Good communication skills.
• Good math skills.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under applicable U.S. federal law because the position requires access to information subject to ITAR and/or EAR.

Responsibilities
