About The Position

The Dispatcher coordinates daily deployment of operators, drivers, and riggers for jobs, and supports customer scheduling and crane bookings. The role also handles routing and permits for oversized and overweight vehicles, processes employee timecards, and assists office and sales staff with day-to-day operations. The Dispatcher participates in some management and daily white-board meetings and completes company, regulatory, equipment, and any required third-party or customer training.

Possess a valid driver’s license.

Be able to plan, organize, and execute daily requirements.

Responsibilities

Dispatch operators, drivers, and riggers daily to perform jobs.
Acquire routes and permits for oversized, overweight vehicles.
Receive inbound customer calls for crane sizing, scheduling, and booking.
Gather and process employee timecards daily and submit them weekly to the branch manager and payroll office.
Assist the office manager, sales personnel, and other office staff with day-to-day operations.
Participate in some management meetings and daily white-board meetings.
Complete ProLift-specific, regulatory, and identified equipment training through the internal LMS system.
Complete third-party and customer-required training when requested or required for on-site access.
Perform other duties as assigned.
