About The Position

The Dispatcher handles incoming phone calls and dispatches hot-shot requests promptly and in an organized manner to meet dealers’ needs efficiently. The role manages hot-shot drivers, serves walk-in customers by providing courteous assistance and battery-related information, handles and balances invoices, and follows up weekly with the largest customers to confirm satisfaction and adequate battery supply. The position interacts with office personnel, the Team Leader, the General Manager, and dealer personnel.

The work may involve battery warehouse conditions, including moving equipment and mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals. The role regularly requires using hands to grasp or handle items, speaking and hearing, standing and walking. Close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus are also required, as is the ability to lift or move more than 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills and ability to use the internet.
• Good knowledge of the geographical area.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask.
