About The Position

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contractor and driver activities.
• Manage inbound and outbound freight flow.
• Plan and implement delivery routes for drivers.
• Communicate with terminal operations personnel to strengthen connectivity between terminal and corporate operations.
• Manage internal operating procedures.
• Process multiple calls simultaneously from internal and external customers.
• Take ownership of communications about changes that affect internal and external customers.
• Prepare reports on production, quality, timeliness, staffing, maintenance, and discrepancies.
• Perform other tasks delegated by the customer and/or Corporate Dispatch team.
