About The Position

Bee's Plumbing and Heating is hiring a Dispatcher for its Plumbing department. The Dispatcher serves as the central communication hub between customers, field technicians, and departments within business operations, helping ensure customers' homes are serviced promptly. The role is based at the company's office in West Seattle and requires open availability during the stated operating hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m.–8:30 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of dispatching experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and call center software.

Nice To Haves

• Call center experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or another service-based industry is a plus.
• Service Titan experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch service calls to field technicians efficiently.
• Serve as the main point of contact for field teams, customers, and management.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to support customer satisfaction.
• Monitor schedules and make real-time adjustments to optimize operations.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, schedules, and incidents using Service Titan.
• Coordinate emergency response efforts when necessary.
• Allocate resources efficiently to meet operational demands.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
