About The Position

Bee’s Plumbing and Heating is hiring a Dispatcher for its Plumbing department. The Dispatcher serves as the central communication hub between customers, field technicians, and departments within the business operations team, helping ensure customers’ homes are serviced promptly. The role involves scheduling and dispatching service calls, responding to customer inquiries, adjusting schedules in real time, maintaining records in Service Titan, coordinating emergency responses, allocating resources, and collaborating across departments. The office is located in West Seattle. The schedule requires open availability Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The pay range is $24–$27 USD.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of dispatching experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and call center software.

Nice To Haves

• Call center experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or another service-based industry is a plus.
• Service Titan experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently schedule and dispatch service calls to field technicians.
• Serve as the main point of contact for field teams, customers, and management.
• Address customer inquiries and promptly resolve issues to support customer satisfaction.
• Closely monitor schedules and make real-time adjustments to optimize operations.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, schedules, and incidents using Service Titan.
• Coordinate emergency response efforts when necessary.
• Allocate resources efficiently to meet operational demands.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
