Requirements

Proven experience dispatching courier drivers with hands-on use of Xcelerator software.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making under pressure.
In-depth knowledge of the Atlanta metro area and Southeast region logistics.
Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and maintain a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).

Responsibilities

Accurately receive, prioritize, and process time-sensitive orders for courier deliveries.
Dispatch and coordinate driver schedules effectively, ensuring prompt, seamless service.
Monitor routes and driver statuses in real time to optimize operations and meet delivery deadlines.
Communicate essential information such as order specifics, traffic updates, and delivery instructions to drivers.
Maintain detailed records of calls, dispatch activities, and logistical data within the system.
Provide responsive, professional customer support by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
