About The Position

Texans Crown Towing is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Tow Truck and Roadside Assistance Dispatcher to coordinate towing requests and roadside assistance services. The dispatcher helps ensure customers receive prompt, safe, and efficient support when they need help on the road. This is a 100% remote role working from home in a non-toxic environment, with growth potential.

Responsibilities

Receive and prioritize incoming calls for towing and roadside assistance services.
Collect customer information, including location, vehicle type, and the assistance required, such as towing, jump-starts, tire changes, lockout services, or fuel delivery.
Dispatch appropriate tow trucks or roadside assistance technicians based on customer needs and location.
Monitor dispatched jobs and provide customers with updates on service progress and estimated arrival times.
Communicate with tow truck operators and roadside technicians to support prompt and efficient service delivery.
Record customer calls, service requests, dispatch details, and job updates in the dispatch system.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, providing appropriate assistance and solutions.
Coordinate with team members and field personnel to support smooth operations and efficient handling of requests.
Follow established dispatch procedures and company policies to maintain service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
