About The Position

Hallcon is hiring a Dispatcher for its Lenexa, Kansas command center. The role is suited to a skilled communicator who enjoys client service and can work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative operations environment. The Dispatcher coordinates driver trip coverage, monitors trip accuracy, supports field operations and clients, and maintains accurate records using internal systems and dispatch technology platforms. The position is 100% onsite and is not remote.

Requirements

2–4+ years of experience in a dynamic, fast-paced operations center or call center environment.
Excellent reliability and onsite attendance.
Strong client service and phone communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrated professionalism and business maturity in an office environment.
Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Takes ownership of projects and assigned activities and meets deadlines.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and ensure timely coverage of driver trips.
Optimize driver trip coverage options across multiple technology and dispatch platforms.
Monitor trip accuracy and provide support where needed.
Escalate issues to field operations or clients when appropriate.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in internal systems.
Communicate professionally with field management and other team members.
