About The Position

The Dispatcher coordinates the transportation of railroad personnel in a fast-paced, in-office environment. Hallcon provides transportation and infrastructure services, including multi-mode operations and integrated command centers. This role works the Nights A shift from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, plus alternate Wednesday night shifts. The stated night-shift pay is $17.30 per hour, with a $1.50 shift differential for a base rate of $18.80 per hour.

Requirements

• Good typing and 10-key skills.
• Good phone customer service skills.
• Able to work in-office.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Attendance is critical to performing the position successfully.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of dispatching or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure driver trips are covered in a timely manner.
• Escalate issues to the customer or field operations when needed.
• Ensure accuracy of trips taken and provide assistance as needed.
• Update systems timely and accurately.
• Coordinate professionally with all Field Management.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.
