About The Position
The Dispatcher coordinates delivery logistics among management, sales, and the yard. The role groups and routes loads according to designated geographic areas and assists with load building and freight handling as needed.

Responsibilities
- Call clients to confirm delivery details and serve as a liaison between sales and crews.
- Coordinate delivery times and total hours for load building, checking, and staging.
- Schedule routing of area and market delivery equipment to reduce delivery expenses and increase efficiency.
- Prepare delivery analyses to improve delivery efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of all deliveries.
- Use companywide systems, including Invoicing, POS, and Inventory.
- Assist with building loads and handling freight as necessary.
