About The Position

The Dispatcher supports supervisors and housekeepers in meeting quality and timeliness standards while following MasterCorp’s mission and values. The role coordinates calls, assigns tasks, tracks lost-and-found items, maintains paperwork, and helps ensure resort units are turned on time. Dispatchers also assist with inventory, guest concerns, deliveries, and general support for resort guests and owners. The job operates in both a professional office and an operations environment, and additional tasks may be assigned by management.

Requirements

• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with guests, site staff, and associates.
• Have experience operating office equipment.
• Have basic computer knowledge.
• Be able to perform multiple tasks at once.
• Make appropriate decisions.
• Demonstrate planning and scheduling capabilities.
• Be able to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer and coordinate phone and radio calls.
• Delegate tasks fairly among employees.
• Record lost-and-found items and ensure they are stored safely.
• File daily paperwork.
• Maintain urgency to ensure units are turned on time.
• Assist with linen inventories and supplies as directed.
• Help resolve guest complaints promptly.
• Make guest deliveries as directed.
