Housekeeper - $500 SIGN-ON BONUS!
About The Position
AVE is seeking a hard-working, service-oriented Housekeeper to help maintain its furnished and unfurnished apartment communities. The role includes light and deep cleaning of furnished suites, preparing unfurnished apartments for move-in, laundering and replenishing supplies, and keeping housekeeping work areas clean. The stated schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends also listed as a requirement. Compensation is approximately $18–$23 per hour, with additional bonus potential that may be paid monthly and/or quarterly, depending on the position. Eligible new housekeeping team members may receive a $500 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments, subject to performance and attendance requirements and signing an offer letter by November 30, 2026.
Requirements
- At least one year of housekeeping experience.
- Demonstrated strong customer service skills.
- An energetic, self-motivated, can-do attitude.
- Ability to perform light to medium pushing and lifting.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Reliable transportation.
- Basic English communication skills to understand and communicate work assignment and safety information.
- Availability for the required full-time schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Complete light and deep cleaning of one- and two-bedroom furnished suites, including stripping and making beds; vacuuming; and cleaning laundry rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms.
- Launder and replenish linens, amenities, and other supplies as needed.
- Prepare unfurnished apartments for move-in.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the housekeeping cart, laundry room, and break room.
