RBT Evenings, Sign on Bonus $500
About The Position
We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and support for clinicians. RBTs work directly with BCBAs who own their practices rather than reporting into a large corporate structure. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered. These roles offer direct BCBA mentorship and support, clinician-built caseloads, flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time options, paid training and a path to become a BCBA, and autonomy to think creatively and problem-solve. Available schedules are in the evenings across client locations in Hoschton, Bethlehem, Monroe, Lawrenceville, and Dacula, Georgia. One opportunity includes Saturday hours. Pay is $20–$28.
Requirements
- Active RBT certification.
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Comfortable moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- College education is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children while following individualized treatment plans.
- Track client progress and communicate with families.
- Meet weekly with a BCBA for coaching and support.
