About The Position

We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and support for clinicians. RBTs work directly with BCBAs who own their practices rather than reporting into a large corporate structure. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Roles offer direct BCBA mentorship and support, clinician-built caseloads, flexible full-time or part-time scheduling, paid trainings and a path to become a BCBA, and autonomy to think creatively and problem-solve. Available schedules and locations are: Monday–Friday, 12:30 p.m.–5 p.m. in Lilburn, GA; Monday–Friday, 2:30–4:30 p.m. and Saturday, 10 a.m.–3 p.m. in Decatur, GA; or Monday–Friday, 3:30–7 p.m. in Clarkston, GA. Pay is $20–$28.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfort with moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, following individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress and communicate with families.
• Meet weekly with a BCBA for coaching and support.
