RBT Afternoons with Sign on Bonus $500
About The Position
The Registered Behavior Technician will work with children in BCBA-owned practices that emphasize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and clinician support. The role involves working directly with BCBAs who own their practices rather than reporting into a large corporate structure. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered. The position offers direct BCBA mentorship, thoughtful clinician-built caseloads, flexible full-time or part-time scheduling, paid training, and a career path toward becoming a BCBA. The work provides autonomy to think creatively and problem-solve. For Client #1, the schedule is Monday through Friday, 1:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Pay is $20–$28.
Requirements
- Active RBT certification.
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Comfortable moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- College education is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children while following individualized treatment plans.
- Track progress and communicate with families.
- Meet weekly with the BCBA for coaching and support.
