About The Position

Work as a Registered Behavior Technician with a BCBA-owned practice that emphasizes direct supervision, realistic caseloads, and support for clinicians. The role involves providing one-to-one services to children in their homes, following individualized treatment plans, tracking progress, communicating with families, and receiving weekly coaching from a BCBA. The posting offers full-time or part-time scheduling options, paid trainings, and a career-development path toward becoming a BCBA. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered. One available schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Pay is $20–$26.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfort moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

• College education is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities
