About The Position

We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and support for clinicians. RBTs work directly with BCBAs who own their practices, rather than reporting into a large corporate structure. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered.

These roles provide direct BCBA mentorship and support, clinician-built caseloads, flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time options, paid training, and a career path toward becoming a BCBA. The work offers autonomy to think creatively and problem-solve. Available schedules are afternoons on weekdays, with one client opportunity also including Saturday hours. Locations are Lilburn, Decatur, and Clarkston, Georgia. Pay is $20–$28.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfort moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• College education is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, following individualized treatment plans.
• Track client progress and communicate with families.
• Meet weekly with a BCBA for coaching and support.
