About The Position

We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and support for clinicians. RBTs work directly with BCBAs who own their practices rather than reporting into a large corporate structure. The role offers direct BCBA mentorship, clinician-built caseloads, flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time options, paid trainings, a path toward becoming a BCBA, and autonomy to think creatively and problem-solve. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Available client schedules are in Hoschton, Bethlehem, Monroe, Lawrenceville, and Dacula, Georgia. Schedules range from weekday afternoon sessions to weekday afternoons with a Saturday morning session.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfortable moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-to-one with children while following individualized treatment plans.
• Track client progress and communicate with families.
• Meet weekly with a BCBA for coaching and support.
