About The Position

White Cap is hiring a Dispatcher for its Customer Delivery Hub. The role plans delivery schedules and optimizes delivery vehicle routes, resolves delivery issues with customers, verifies invoices and loads before vehicles depart, records vehicle times and availability, and maintains vehicle maintenance and repair records. • Plan delivery schedules and optimize delivery vehicle routes.
• Address delivery issues with customers and provide resolutions.
• Ensure the invoice and load are correct before departure.
• Record vehicle arrival and departure times.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance and repair records.
• Record vehicle availability status.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
