About The Position

Green Dispensary is hiring a full-time, hourly, non-exempt Delivery Dispatcher at its Rainbow Boulevard location in Las Vegas, Nevada. The dispatcher coordinates deliveries from order receipt through delivery, including preparing accurate orders, verifying customer eligibility, planning routes, communicating with customers, and supporting drivers. The role requires working Thursday through Sunday, with mid and/or night shifts, and weekends are required. Pay is $16.00 per hour plus sales incentives; overtime is paid in accordance with Nevada and federal law. Company vehicles are provided for delivery use. The role offers access to health, dental, and vision benefits after 60 days, 401(k) eligibility after 120 days, employee discounts, referral bonuses, and paid time off that begins accruing on day one and is available after a 90-day probationary period.

Employment is contingent on obtaining and maintaining the required cannabis agent registration and work card, including background checks by the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board and local authorities. Green Dispensary can help with costs for obtaining required cards. All required cards, licenses, and registrations must remain current and in good standing throughout employment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Available to work full-time hours Thursday through Sunday.
• Valid driver's license.
• No major driving violations within the previous 3–7 years, depending on the state of licensure.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid Nevada Cannabis Establishment Agent Registration Card, or ability to obtain one before the start date.
• LVMPD work card, or ability to obtain one.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, including comfort making outbound confirmation calls.
• Positive, sales-minded attitude and motivation to grow order totals through helpful recommendations.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and a compliance-first mindset.
• Dependability, punctuality, and ability to work independently.
• Required cards, licenses, and registrations must remain current and in good standing throughout employment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Onfleet or other dispatch and route-planning software.
• Familiarity with METRC or cannabis compliance.
• Dispatch, call center, dispensary, or retail sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Build delivery orders accurately, ensuring products, labels, and documents are correct.
• Verify customer eligibility through ID and address verification in accordance with compliance standards.
• Plan efficient routes using Onfleet while maintaining allotment compliance.
• Contact delivery customers to confirm order details and represent Green Dispensary professionally.
• Share deals, promotions, and rewards with customers and suggest appropriate add-ons.
• Provide customers with accurate ETAs and timely updates when delivery details change.
• Generate METRC manifests in compliance with regulations and add helpful notes for drivers.
• Support the delivery team as needed, including covering driver shifts or gaps in coverage.
• Assist with other delivery and store-support tasks as needed.
