About The Position

The company is committed to the success of employees, suppliers, customers, and end users involved in HVAC system selection, design, purchase, installation, and maintenance.

The Dispatcher I handles client service calls, creates and maintains job records, schedules and dispatches technicians for scheduled and emergency work, reviews work orders before billing, verifies job times and status, and orders filters for monthly maintenance.

Requirements

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• General computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous HVAC industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Take client service calls and open jobs as needed, following proper procedures.
• Check work orders for correct addressing, labor hours, numbers, and dates before submitting them to billing.
• Schedule service calls alongside previously scheduled work.
• Dispatch technicians for previously scheduled maintenance and service calls.
• Verify times and job status, including whether jobs are complete or open.
• Create job numbers and job files.
• Dispatch emergency and scheduled work.
• Order filters for monthly maintenance as needed for technician or driver pickup.
