About The Position
The Dispatcher Gate I supports warehouse and transportation operations at the Morris ADC in Morris, Illinois. The role distributes work assignments as directed by a supervisor, helps ensure warehouse and transportation schedules are met, interacts extensively with carriers, reviews carrier paperwork for accuracy, and maintains required documentation and files. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with a requirement to be able to work a flexible schedule.
Requirements
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and logical thinking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good math, language, and reading skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Proficiency in computer programs including Excel and Word.

- Bilingual ability, especially Spanish.
Responsibilities
