About The Position

Pull-A-Part is seeking a detail-oriented Dispatch Agent to support customers, drivers, and store locations in a fast-paced environment. The role helps keep vehicle buying and pickup activities running smoothly by providing timely support, maintaining accurate information, and coordinating requests among customers, drivers, and store teams. The successful Dispatch Agent provides responsive customer service, maintains accurate records, meets call and performance goals, follows through on requests, and reports to work on time for scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage calls from customers, drivers, and store locations.
• Send and respond to emails professionally and promptly.
• Understand and apply vehicle buying laws and requirements across various states.
• Verify VINs, update quotes, and reschedule appointments as needed.
• Resolve customer service issues and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
• Meet established call and performance goals.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail in all tasks.
• Multitask while managing calls, emails, and administrative duties.
