About The Position

El Charrito is seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher for its kitchen at The Dunes Promenade in Marina. The restaurant offers casual counter-service dining and shares a kitchen with Lalla Grill Promenade. The Dishwasher helps keep kitchen operations running smoothly by maintaining clean kitchenware, supporting kitchen staff, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. The position reports directly to the Chef and works closely with the kitchen team to uphold standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

This is a part-time position with morning shifts available Thursday through Sunday. Pay is $17–$18 per hour, plus pooled team tips.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred.
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented and detail-focused.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dishwashing area.
