About The Position

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep the dish area, floors, and workspaces clean and organized.
• Return clean items to the correct storage areas.
• Remove trash and assist with general kitchen cleanliness.
• Support the kitchen team during busy shifts.
• Assist with basic food preparation and other back-of-house duties as trained.
