About The Position
The Dishwasher operates a mechanical, high-temperature washer to clean and sanitize dishes from kitchen departments and disposes of kitchen trash. The role also helps prepare dishes made in the kitchen, puts away loads in an organized manner while maintaining FIFO (first in, first out), and provides service to guests at the deli counter when needed. The position suits an enthusiastic team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment and may help in the front of house as well as the back. Individual hourly rates are based on factors including experience, location, and length of employment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Proficient knowledge and use of commercial kitchen equipment.
- Basic knife skills.
- Basic understanding of English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time wisely.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- A positive attitude.
Responsibilities
