About The Position
Our kitchen is looking for an enthusiastic team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The role may include helping in the front of house in addition to the back. Individual associate hourly rates are based on factors including experience, location, and length of employment. The dishwasher operates a mechanical, high-temperature washer to cleanse and sanitize dishes from kitchen departments and disposes of kitchen trash. The role also helps prep kitchen dishes, puts loads away in an organized manner while maintaining FIFO (first in, first out), and provides service to guests at the deli counter when needed.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Proficient knowledge and use of commercial kitchen equipment.
- Basic knife skills.
- Basic understanding of the English language.
- Ability to work independently and manage time wisely.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- A positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Operate a mechanical, high-temperature washer to cleanse and sanitize dishes from kitchen departments.
