About The Position

Pacific Catch is seeking a part-time Dishwasher Team Member to support restaurant operations through dishwashing, sanitation, cleanliness, and teamwork. The role calls for someone who provides first-class service and hospitality, follows company standards, and contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment. The position is non-exempt, and weekly hours may vary; schedules are not set or guaranteed. Compensation is $18.00–$22.00 per hour.

Requirements

At least 1 year of previous experience in a Dishwasher position is preferred for the ideal candidate.
Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours.
Must be able to reach, bend, and stoop.
Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Punctuality, a strong work ethic, reliability, responsibility, honesty, and focus on supporting the team.
Openness to constructive feedback and cross-training in multiple restaurant positions.

Responsibilities

Arrive on time in proper uniform and ready to work.
Follow company safety guidelines, including personal standards, food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene requirements.
Wash hands before and throughout the shift and between food-preparation tasks.
Maintain communication with the Chef and back-of-house leaders.
Keep the workstation clean and organized, cleaning as work is performed.
Clean the dish machine, surrounding walls, shelves, floors, tools, food traps, and product-contact surfaces throughout the shift and at its end.
Use a sanitation bucket and sanitize the workstation and tools between preparation jobs to prevent cross-contamination.
Sweep the back kitchen every 30 minutes and mop when necessary.
Handle utensils, dishes, and equipment carefully to minimize breakage.
Follow the company’s waste-disposal standards, including recycling and composting 100%.
Maintain a positive attitude toward the job, team, and management.
Perform other related duties as required by business needs.
Support the team reliably and responsibly, and remain open to constructive feedback, coaching, mentoring, and cross-training.
