About The Position

Pacific Catch is seeking a Dishwasher Team Member who provides first-class guest service and hospitality while supporting the restaurant team. Team Members are expected to embrace the company’s Core Values, Hospitality Standards, and Team Member Standards. This is a part-time, non-exempt position with schedules that may vary each week and are not set or guaranteed. The position reports to the Chef. Compensation is $18.00–$22.00 per hour.

Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

1+ year of previous experience in a Dishwasher position.

Responsibilities

Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work.
Follow company safety guidelines, including personal standards, food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene.
Wash hands before and throughout the shift and between prepping tasks.
Maintain constant communication with the Chef and back-of-house leaders.
Keep the workstation clean and organized, cleaning as you go.
Clean the dish machine, surrounding walls and shelves, floors, tools, food traps, and surfaces that have contacted product throughout and at the end of the shift.
Use a sanitation bucket and sanitize the workstation and tools between prep jobs to prevent cross-contamination.
Sweep the back kitchen every 30 minutes and mop when necessary.
Care for utensils, dishes, and equipment to minimize breakage.
Follow Pacific Catch’s waste disposal standards, including 100% recycling and composting.
Maintain a positive attitude toward the job, team, and management.
Be open to constructive feedback, coaching, mentoring, and cross-training in multiple restaurant positions.
Perform other related duties as requested based on business needs.
