About The Position

Saratoga Casino Hotel is seeking a Dishwasher for Morton's. The role supports friendly, swift, and responsible service to guests and fellow Team Members in a fast-paced, team-based kitchen environment. The Dishwasher performs cleaning and sanitation work, maintains kitchen equipment and work areas in accordance with cleanliness standards and Department of Health regulations, and assists other kitchen and utility personnel as needed. The position requires frequent lifting and carrying of 30–50 pounds and standing and walking for 6–8 hours. Flexible scheduling is required to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to lift and carry 30–50 pounds frequently.
• Be able to stand and walk for 6–8 hours.
• Be able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Previous experience with dishwashing equipment, cleaning, and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of dishes, glasses, flatware, and other kitchen items.
• Maintain cleanliness standards and comply with Department of Health regulations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitary condition of kitchen equipment.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of floors, mats, and related kitchen areas.
• Use supplies and equipment properly and according to predetermined levels.
• Assist other kitchen and utility personnel as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Promote outstanding customer relations.
