About The Position

Pacific Catch, Inc. is seeking a part-time Dishwasher Team Member who provides first-class service and hospitality and supports the restaurant team. This non-exempt position has variable weekly hours, and schedules are not set or guaranteed. Compensation is $18.00–$22.00 per hour. The Dishwasher reports to the Chef.

Requirements

Ideal candidate has at least 1 year of previous experience in a Dishwasher position.
Able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours.
Able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Be punctual and demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
Be reliable, responsible, honest, and focused on supporting the team.
Be open to constructive feedback, coaching, mentoring, and cross-training in multiple restaurant positions.
Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work.
Follow company safety guidelines, including personal standards and food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
Wash hands before and throughout the shift and between preparation tasks.
Maintain constant communication with the Chef and back-of-house leaders.
Keep the workstation clean and organized, cleaning as you go.
Throughout the shift and at the end of the shift, clean the dish machine and surrounding walls, shelves, floors, tools, food traps, and any surfaces that have contacted product.
Use a sanitation bucket and sanitize the workstation and tools between preparation jobs to prevent cross-contamination.
Sweep the back kitchen every 30 minutes and mop when necessary.
Handle utensils, dishes, and equipment carefully to minimize breakage.
Follow Pacific Catch’s waste disposal standards, including 100% recycling and composting.
Maintain a positive attitude toward the job, team, and management.
Perform other related duties as requested based on business needs.
