About The Position

The Dishwasher - Porter cleans and maintains all areas of the Foodservice Department according to safety, sanitation, and infection control standards. The role is based in Hollywood, Florida, and works the day shift. No previous work experience or degree is required. The employee must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Responsibilities

• Follow internal policies and procedures and regulatory requirements and standards for kitchen safety and sanitation.
• Clean and maintain carts and kitchen equipment using proper techniques and cleaning solutions.
• Transport carts, deliver meal trays, or pick up meal trays from assigned areas as needed.
• Perform ware-washing duties according to safety guidelines, including use of a dish machine and three-compartment pot sink.
• Regularly collect and dispose of food-related waste, recyclable waste, and trash.
