About The Position

Boqueria is seeking a positive, detail-oriented Dishwasher / Porter to help keep its busy kitchen and restaurant clean and running smoothly. Dishwashers and porters ensure guests have spotless cutlery, plates, and glassware, and keep pots, pans, and kitchen tools clean and ready for line cooks. The role also helps maintain clean kitchen and dining areas and contributes to a positive team culture. It involves steady, hands-on work in a fast-paced kitchen and taking pride in maintaining one's station.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, reach, and twist.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Clean cutlery, plates, and glassware so they are spotless for guests.
• Clean pots, pans, and kitchen tools and keep them ready for line cooks.
• Keep kitchen and dining areas properly cleaned.
• Contribute to positive team culture and support the team throughout each shift.
• Take ownership of the work station and maintain high standards.
