About The Position

The Dishwasher - Porter cleans and maintains all areas of the Foodservice Department according to safety, sanitation, and infection control standards. The role requires the ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. No previous work experience is required. Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain carts and kitchen equipment using proper techniques and cleaning solutions.
• Follow internal policies and procedures and applicable regulatory requirements and standards for kitchen safety and sanitation.
• Transport carts, deliver meal trays, or pick up meal trays from assigned areas as needed.
• Regularly collect and dispose of food-related and recyclable waste and trash.
• Perform warewashing duties according to safety guidelines, including using a dishmachine and three-compartment pot sink.
