Dishroom Utility Operator

About The Position
The Dishroom Utility Operator performs ware washing and storage, pot and pan washing and storage, equipment washing and storage, and trash collection and disposal in accordance with HACCP guidelines. The operator also completes routine assignments as instructed by a supervisor and is responsible for scheduling an annual health screening and annual review.
Requirements
- Basic ability to read and understand simple instructions.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Some bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling are required.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
Responsibilities
- Wash and store dishware in accordance with HACCP guidelines.
- Wash and store pots and pans in accordance with HACCP guidelines.
- Wash and store equipment in accordance with HACCP guidelines.
- Collect and dispose of trash in accordance with HACCP guidelines.
- Complete routine assignments as instructed by the supervisor.
- Schedule an annual health screening and annual review.
