About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a service-oriented Dish Steward for Hotel Alba Tampa. The role supports restaurant operations by cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking dishes and kitchenware; maintaining the dish room and dish machine; removing garbage; and helping clean other restaurant areas as requested. The position requires prior experience in a similar role. A high school education is preferred. The associate should be able to work flexible hours and shifts, multitask, and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots.
• Maintain the dish room and dish machine.
• Restock dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Remove garbage.
• Break down, clean, and sanitize the dish machine at the end of the shift.
• Keep dish and other storage areas clean and organized.
• Assist with cleaning other restaurant areas as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
