About The Position
Hotel Interurban is seeking a dependable, hardworking part-time Dishwasher to support its culinary team and keep the kitchen running smoothly. The role is part of Columbia Hospitality, a people-first organization that emphasizes teamwork, inclusion, growth, and creating exceptional experiences. The dishwasher works in a fast-paced kitchen environment and supports dining operations through dishwashing, kitchen cleanliness, and waste sorting. The position is based at Rendition at Hotel Interurban, a 19-story hotel in Seattle Southside with a restaurant, grab-and-go dining, fitness center, and indoor saline pool.
Requirements
- Must be flexible and able to work under pressure.
- Must have the necessary state Food Handler’s License(s).
Responsibilities
- Wash china, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and of cleaning supplies.
- Remove trash, compost, and recycling to the appropriate receptacles.
