About The Position

Rendition at Hotel Interurban is hiring a part-time Bartender to prepare and serve inspired drinks while creating connections and distinctive guest experiences. The role calls for beverage expertise and cocktail-making techniques, delivered in a welcoming, expertly maintained atmosphere. Bartenders are expected to use the computerized Point of Sale system, operate bar equipment properly, follow applicable liquor laws and regulations, and handle cash according to standard procedures. A current State Food Handler’s License and State Mixologist Permit are required, and weekend availability is required.

Requirements

• At least one year of related education, training, and/or experience.
• Ability to perform essential functions on a computerized Point of Sale system.
• Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks.
• Working knowledge of the proper operation of all bar equipment.
• Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations.
• Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures.
• Current State Food Handler’s License.
• Current State Mixologist Permit.
• Must be available weekends.
