Hotel Interurban is seeking a dependable, hardworking part-time Dishwasher to support the culinary team and help keep the kitchen running smoothly. The Dishwasher washes china, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils; maintains kitchen cleanliness and organization, including cleaning supplies; and removes trash, compost, and recycling to the appropriate receptacles.

Requirements

• Must be flexible and able to work under pressure.
• Must have the necessary state food handler’s license(s).

Responsibilities

• Wash china, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and of cleaning supplies.
• Remove trash, compost, and recycling to the appropriate receptacles.
