About The Position

As a Dishwasher at Concord Hospitality, you will help maintain a clean and safe kitchen by ensuring dishware, cookware, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and organized. This supports a safe and efficient environment for the culinary team. The hourly rate is $17 per hour.

Requirements

• Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety and sanitation standards.
• Strong teamwork and reliability.
• Flexibility to assist with additional cleaning projects.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishware, cookware, and utensils by hand or using washing equipment.
• Polish stainless steel and silverware to maintain quality presentation.
• Maintain kitchen safety by promptly clearing spills and keeping equipment, floors, walls, and surfaces clean.
• Empty, wash, and return trash bins as needed, and keep the wash area organized.
• Assist with special and deep cleaning projects as required.
