About The Position

The Banquet Server helps create memorable guest experiences during receptions, meetings, trainings, reunions, and other special events. The role supports smooth event service through attentive guest care, teamwork, and attention to detail. The pay rate is $8 per hour plus gratuity. Training is provided in buffet, plated, and reception-style meal service, and servers are expected to follow brand and company standards. Full-time associates are eligible to participate in the company’s benefits package.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior serving or hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
Arrange place settings, tables, chairs, and linens according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
Carry food trays from staging areas; pour water and wine; and serve multiple-course meals and buffet lines.
Communicate effectively with guests about menu questions and special dietary needs.
Set up and maintain clean tables between courses.
Assist fellow servers during peak periods to fulfill guest requests.
Learn and practice buffet, plated, and reception-style meal service in accordance with brand and company standards.
Perform side work to prepare for upcoming events.
