About The Position

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking an experienced Line Cook/Banquet Cook to join the culinary team at the Alloy. The role prepares food for hotel guests with attention to presentation, quality, safe serving temperatures, guest requests, and special needs. The cook follows brand recipe cards and food-safety procedures, maintains food documentation and rotation standards, and helps ensure smooth service through proactive preparation, ordering, and equipment upkeep. Flexible availability is required for day and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays. The pay rate is $21 per hour. Benefits are available to full-time associates only.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality by following brand recipe cards.
• Document food containers properly and follow standard operating procedure (SOP) rotation standards.
• Follow safety standards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Report to work on time in a clean uniform and ready to serve.
• Cook orders with attention to guest requests and special needs in a positive manner.
• Be proactive with ordering, pars, food preparation, and equipment upkeep to eliminate service obstacles.
