The position works under limited supervision using standardized practices and methods, leads and coordinates others, and operates within a defined budget. It involves collaboration with ESD personnel, school districts, community organizations, and program partners. The usual work environment is generally hazard-free and involves some lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling and significant fine finger dexterity. The job generally requires 70% sitting, 10% walking, and 30% standing. Travel throughout the NEWESD region is required; flexible hours, including possible evenings and weekends, may be needed.
