The Director, Technology Operations leads the strategic planning and execution of large-scale technology programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational excellence. This role oversees financial management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement to drive successful delivery across multiple projects. By leveraging deep expertise in program management and technology trends, the Director influences decision-making and fosters collaboration across business units. The position demands a strong focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and the development of scalable processes that enhance organizational performance and support long-term growth. Requirements

  • Extensive experience in program and financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
  • Proven ability to define and execute large-scale technology programs aligned with business strategy.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills to build consensus and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Expertise in monitoring program performance, risk assessment, and mitigation planning.
  • Solid understanding of technology landscapes, trends, and their application to business objectives.
  • Demonstrated capability in business operations, including KPI assessment and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly and foster productive relationships.
  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 6 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • Option 2: 8 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • 3 years’ supervisory experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define program scope, performance baselines, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Influence cross-functional teams through clear communication and consensus-building to drive successful technology delivery.
  • Provide insights on technology trends and operational improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement processes that improve program throughput, quality, and alignment with strategic goals.
